What we receive and who is responsible.
Information you provide
We process the contact details you submit (name and email address and/or phone number), project descriptions and links. Attachments are disabled for the first launch. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential material that is unnecessary for the enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to understand the enquiry, reply in writing and assess whether and how FRAMFORM can help. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract, or is based on the legitimate interest in answering a relevant enquiry. The data is not automatically used for marketing mailings.
Service providers
Vercel provides the website server environment, Supabase private storage and database, Cloudflare Turnstile abuse protection, and Brevo transactional email. A work message is sent to FRAMFORM’s private mailbox and, when email is provided, a short receipt is sent to you. OpenAI does not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers or project content during this initial intake phase. A short-lived pseudonymous protection identifier may be used to limit automated abuse.

MEASUREMENT AND RETENTION

Visit and performance measurement
Vercel Web Analytics is used to understand page use and visit sources. If Speed Insights is enabled separately, it measures site speed and stability. Measurement may include page path, referring page, approximate geography, device/browser type and technical performance. According to Vercel, Web Analytics uses no third-party cookies and displays aggregated, anonymised statistics. In the project flow we measure only the chosen start mode and whether an enquiry is sent; contact details, free text, project data, links and filenames are excluded, and query strings and fragments are removed. The data is not used for targeted advertising.
Storage and deletion
An enquiry that does not proceed is automatically deleted after no more than 90 days. Active client matters follow a separate documented schedule. The corresponding work email is covered by the same deletion decision and is removed separately. Technical delivery logs are retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and verification.

Questions and rights
You can contact us for access, correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify the requester’s identity before releasing or deleting data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
No binding order
A project enquiry is not a binding order or quotation. If we continue, scope, price, responsibility and terms are documented separately before work starts.
FRAMFORM Guide
The current Guide uses local, prewritten knowledge and does not send chat content to OpenAI or another generative AI provider. Do not enter names, email addresses, phone numbers or confidential information in the chat. Any future provider processing must be disclosed and reviewed before activation.
