CLEAR BOUNDARIES

SEK 799/month — without surprises.

The monthly fee covers operation and flexibility, not a locked product. Vigo can be adjusted as the business changes.
  • Fair use: around 500 unique customer threads per month. There is no automatic cutoff or automatic overage fee; sustained higher use is discussed with you.
  • Operation, monitoring and a first support response within one business day Monday–Friday are included, plus two small content updates totalling up to 20 minutes per month with no rollover. Response time is not resolution time. New features and out-of-scope work are quoted separately before work begins.
  • Cancellation stops renewal. Vigo continues until the end of the included or paid period. Deliverables, ownership, export and third-party licences are specified in writing before contract; your existing website remains yours.
  • All prices exclude VAT. The first monthly fee is prepaid for the period starting on day 31 after launch.
  • For Website, Website + Vigo and Brand identity + website, first-year hosting is included at no cost. From year two, you own the hosting account and pay the provider directly; FRAMFORM helps independently, with ongoing handling within the agreed subscription scope.

The practical details, clear from day one.

When do I pay for Vigo?+

The first draft costs SEK 0. After approval of the draft and scope, 50% is due before production and 50% before launch. Each invoice has a 10-day payment term; production starts after the first payment and launch follows final payment.

What does fair use mean?+

Around 500 unique customer threads per month is the guide. Vigo never stops automatically at it, and there are no automatic overage fees. Sustained higher use leads to a human conversation about the right plan.

What happens if I cancel Vigo?+

Cancellation stops renewal. Vigo continues until the end of the included or paid period. Deliverables, ownership, export and third-party licences are specified in writing before contract; your existing website remains yours.

Can I pay annually?+

Annual prepayment is not currently offered. Operation is paid monthly with no lock-in.

Is an enquiry binding?+

No. Exact scope, price, timeline, external costs and terms are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Payment is split: 50/50 below SEK 10,000; otherwise 40/40/20. Price, scope and any offer terms are confirmed in writing.
