CLEAR BOUNDARIES

SEK 799/month — without surprises.

The monthly fee covers operation and flexibility, not a locked product. Vigo can be adjusted as the business changes.
  • Normal salon volume is included (fair use), with a guide of around 500 conversations per month. One conversation is one unique customer thread. Vigo never stops automatically at the guide, and there are no automatic overage fees; sustained higher use leads to a human conversation about the right plan.
  • SEK 799/month includes operation, monitoring, support within 24 hours and two small content updates per month. New work is SEK 1,250/hour after approval.
  • You own the site, code, domain and content. Vigo's live service runs while the subscription is active; if you cancel, the site remains yours and the secretary pauses.
  • Annual prepay is SEK 7,990: pay for ten months instead of twelve and save SEK 1,598. Monthly with no lock-in remains the default.
  • For Website, Site + Vigo and Bespoke, first-year hosting is included at no cost. From year two, you own the hosting account and pay the provider directly; FRAMFORM can help independently and handles it continuously when you have a subscription.

When do I pay?+

The first draft costs SEK 0. Payment starts only after you approve it and ask us to continue; later stages are fixed in the written agreement.

What does fair use mean?+

What happens if I cancel Vigo?+

Your site, code, domain and content remain yours. Vigo's live service pauses when the subscription ends.

Is an enquiry binding?+
